Financial Information

Saint Columbkille Partnership School is committed to providing a high quality Catholic education. We try our best to make a Catholic school education affordable to all who truly desire and value it for their children.

With the help of Boston College and private donors, the school raises substantial funds to help offset the cost to educate each child, which is approximately $2,500 more than what is charged for tuition. Thus, every child is given financial assistance. Additional financial aid is allocated for families who demonstrate need. Please read the payment policy for important deadlines for financial aid.

Saint Columbkille Partnership School partners with FACTS Management Company for tuition and fee management, including extended day and other fee payments for the coming school year. FACTS Management Company serves over 4,000 schools nationwide with tuition management for private and faith-based schools. This is not a loan program, so no debt is incurred and no credit check is conducted. Everyone is eligible. All tuition, extended day and other fees will be made through the FACTS Payment Plan Program through bank-to-bank transfer of funds (ACH payments) from an authorized checking or savings account; MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are also accepted but will incur a 2.75% processing fee per payment. Financial aid will be allocated through the Grant & Aid system.

Please visit the FACTS Management Company website for Frequently Asked Questions on the system at

Families that have an active FACTS automatic payment plan in the previous school year do not need to submit a new payment plan. Once a re-enrollment application is submitted online, families will automatically be re-enrolled in the payment plan and the registration fee of $300 will be processed within 4 weeks. FACTS will send out notices of re-enrollment in the payment plan. New students of existing families enrolling in September will be added to the FACTS payment plan system at the time of acceptance.

New students that have been accepted to Saint Columbkille Partnership School should submit the FACTS payment plan by the due date on the acceptance letter and submit the Financial Responsibility Agreement to the office. Once the Agreement is received by the Business Office, the FACTS payment plan will be updated with the tuition rates and notices will be sent out by FACTS Management Company with due dates for the registration fee and tuition payments.
