Choosing the right school for your child is certainly one of the most important parental tasks. Please allow us to guide you through this process.

Open House dates for the 2019-2020 school year:

Thursday, October 3, 2019 – 8:30 – 10 a.m.

Wednesday, November 6, 2019 – 8:30 – 10 a.m.

Thursday, January 30, 2020 – 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. * Passport to Learning

Tuesday, March 10, 2020 – 8:30 – 10 a.m.

Wednesday, April 8, 2020 -6:30 – 8:00 p.m., Loyola Academy Grades 6-8

*Passport to Learning is a school-wide event to celebrate learning! We invite prospective students and families to join us as we visit classrooms and students showcase their work.

Application Process

New Student Application

The following documents must be submitted before an application for enrollment will be considered:

  • Online application form (see button above)
  • Birth certificate
  • Baptismal certificate (if Roman Catholic)
  • Release of Records form
  • Individualized Education Plan and all associated testing (if applicable)
  • Record of immunizations in English
  • Proof of Physical Examination  – performed and signed by a U.S. health provider (completed within one year)
  • Recommendation from the previous teacher (if applicable)
