Saint Columbkille Partnership School hosted its first-ever virtual Grandparent & Special Elder Day on Thursday, November 19 via Zoom. The event included guests from all over the world and the United States. A welcome from Head of School Jennifer Kowieski was followed by remarks from Kate Ward, Chief Advancement & Enrollment Officer. A message from Fr. Fitz at St. Columbkille Church was followed by a blessing from Assistant Head of School Rachel Rumely. Then, each classroom shared a video of their students, including our remote classrooms, to share with all of the special elders watching. The event ended with a special request to match donations from a current grandmother and a Celtic blessing song from our students.
