On Wednesday, December 12, the STCPS community celebrated the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe with a bilingual Mass and grade 7 students acted out the story of Saint Juan Diego. Families were invited back to the dining hall for pan dulce, coffee and Mexican hot chocolate to commemorate the feast day.
“Our school celebrated its first bilingual Mass,” says Head of School, Dr. William Gartside. “We wanted to commemorate the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, which is an important feast day for many of the families in our Saint Columbkille community. It was a wonderful day to praise the many backgrounds and cultures of our families.”
